Job Summary
Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment; load/unload supplies; assist in other areas as needed. Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs, interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to resolve issues; provide exemplary customer service; manage inventory for parts; complete documentation for device entry/logs; perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs. Weekend availability and shift differentials apply; company-supplied vehicle and training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Terminal Handler's License - costs covered by company
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
- Experience in ATM, amusement, gaming or electronic/mechanical aptitude preferred but not required
