Job Summary
Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment; load/unload supplies and assist in related tasks. Respond to service calls, troubleshoot equipment, interact with staff and customers to resolve issues, manage parts inventory, and complete device-entry and logs. Perform auditing procedures on slot machines and related equipment; the role includes weekend shifts, company vehicle with fuel card, and training provided. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, Terminal Handler's License, valid driver’s license, and ability to work 21+ with strong customer service and technical aptitude.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
