Job Summary
Provide maintenance service on lift trucks and material handling equipment at customer locations. Change oil and perform routine preventative maintenance on Industrial Equipment. Assess and repair damage and mechanical related issues while communicating professionally onsite. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds, and technical education in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics. Candidates must be able to work without direct supervision and prioritize tasks with great attention to detail. Some travel is required, so outside work may be mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
- Must be able to bend, squat, and kneel to work on Industrial Equipment
- Some travel to customer locations is required, so outside work may be mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience as a service technician, mechanic or similar position
- Technical education in automotive, heavy equipment mechanic, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks with great attention to detail
