Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum services while educating customers on their use, utilizing hand tools in various outdoor environments. Solve technical challenges by climbing ladders up to 32 feet, working in confined spaces, and navigating company vehicles across different terrains and weather conditions. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs and work with small components and wires to maintain connectivity for residential and business clients.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
