Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, mobile, and voice services at customer premises while educating clients on usage. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools, navigating various terrains and inclement weather conditions. Travel to assigned locations, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate company vehicles safely. Maintain a valid driver's license and demonstrate effective communication and critical thinking skills. Work in a dynamic environment supporting the broadband apprenticeship program and career progression from Field Technician I to IV.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
