Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on usage. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools and navigate vehicles across various terrains and inclement weather. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Maintain a valid driver's license and travel to assigned customer premises and company facilities as necessary. Earn $20.50/hour with self-progression opportunities to increase pay through course completion and role advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
