Job Summary
Install and repair services for customers in the field, educating customers on usage while working outdoors across varied environments. Entry-level role with on-the-job training and a clear path for progression from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, including 10% increases at progression levels and bonus coursework-based pay growth. Opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications; primary duties include hands-on use of tools, problem-solving, customer interaction, and maintaining safe, reliable service delivery. Requires HS diploma/GED or equivalent experience, travel to customer premises, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and lift heavy equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Language: Fluent in English
