Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, mobile, and voice services at customer premises while educating clients on usage. Troubleshoot technical issues outdoors in varying weather conditions using hand tools, ladders, and company vehicles. Travel to assigned locations and company facilities, managing time effectively to complete tasks before leaving for the next site. Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record throughout the role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
