Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on their use. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, navigating various terrains and inclement weather. Travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary. Operate a company vehicle and work in confined spaces while climbing ladders up to 32 feet. Lift up to 75 lbs and carry equipment over varied environments. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and demonstrate effective communication and time management.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
