Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on usage. Work outdoors in various environments, including inclement weather, using hand tools and navigating company vehicles to customer premises. Solve complex technical issues involving small components, wires, and equipment weighing up to 345 lbs, while climbing ladders and working at heights. Travel to assigned locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Operate computers and software applications proficiently, demonstrating effective communication and time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
