Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services, including internet, TV, and mobile, while educating customers on their use. Solve complex technical issues outdoors in various environments, utilizing hand tools and navigating company vehicles across different terrains and weather conditions. Travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders up to 32 feet, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Earn $20/hour starting with opportunities for self-progression and industry-recognized certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
