Job Summary
Field Technician responsibilities include installing and repairing Spectrum services, educating customers on usage, and working outdoors in various environments. The role offers on-the-job training with a defined self-progression path (Field Technician I to IV with 10% pay increases per level) and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications. Must be able to travel, work outdoors, use hand tools and computers, communicate professionally, and possess a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record required
- Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Physical ability to walk over varied terrain, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work outdoors in varying conditions
