Job Summary

Field Service Technician/Field Mechanic responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CTOS equipment on customer sites, including truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment (aerial devices, digger derricks, cranes, and specialty equipment). Duties include on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, major component change-outs, and preventive maintenance with significant customer interaction, using company trucks and tools. Preferred background includes experience with equipment like aerial devices, cranes, and related heavy equipment; requires hands-on mechanical/electrical/hydraulic expertise, high school education plus technical training, and a valid CDL. Location is Sacramento, CA; travel to customer sites is expected and a company vehicle is provided.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Vocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic or related training
  • Must hold a valid Commercial driver’s license
  • Must have your own tools
