Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client business environments across the Jersey/Philly area. Professionally greet customers, explain system functionality, and complete service routes efficiently while communicating with supervisors and team members. Perform necessary plumbing tasks, including routing tubing through walls and ceilings, and complete all required paperwork. Work independently using hands and power tools, adhering to safety procedures for lifting up to 100 lbs and working at elevations up to 35 feet. Requires a valid driver's license, strong diagnostic skills, and excellent customer service. Fully paid training provided with a vehicle and gas card.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills, including using MS Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Assertiveness to ask questions to accomplish job properly
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders
- Ability to work in small areas
- Ability to use hands and power tools
