Job Summary
Field Service Tech III at Light & Wonder, a global gaming-technology company, responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electronic gaming devices (EGMs) and electronic table games (ETGs) at customer sites. Performs preventative maintenance, conducts diagnostic tests, verifies device status via Management Terminal, assembles/install accessories per change orders, and completes incident and maintenance reports with adherence to Gaming Commission standards and company policies. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to obtain gaming licenses, 50 lb lifting capability, network and PC literacy, and willingness to travel to customer facilities. Emphasizes safety, accurate logs, customer relations, and collaboration with management/technical leads; education includes HS diploma with electronics training helpful; equal opportunity employer with focus on compliance and preventing fraud.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level electronics training helpful
- Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain gaming licenses as required
- Experience with assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices; basic electronics and mechanics knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; travel may be required
- Basic knowledge of network communication and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with PC operation and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read schematics and service manuals
- Strong problem-solving and customer-relations skills
