Job Summary
Install Davis Lynch stage tools and packers at drilling sites, troubleshooting equipment and performing calculations for cement trucks and pressure charts. Verify tool threads, test and calibrate gear, and complete documentation including detailed job folders and on-site JSA's. Provide service to customers by answering technical questions and adhering to Forum and operator policies. Work with minimal supervision, perform on-the-job training, and execute warehouse or HSE duties as assigned. Maintain a positive attitude while complying with all safety rules and regulations on rig locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must understand and comply with all company safety rules and regulations, and policies.
- Must be willing to travel and be on time to rig locations.
- Must identify correct equipment was delivered, verify tool threads, etc.
- Must be able to perform accurate calculations.
- Must be able to complete all documentation as required including detailed job folders, completing on-site JSA's.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow all Forum and Operator policies, rules and regulations.
- Must be a Self-starter with a Positive Attitude, willing to learn and be a Team Player.
- Must be Capable of performing on the job training of equipment.
- Must work assignments to highest quality level.
- Must be able to perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job, but not limited to the rig site, may include some warehouse duties, HSE, weekly operations training, etc.
- Must have Knowledge of cement trucks, pressure charts, cementation tools and casing accessories.
- Must be on 24 hour on-call basis.
- Must have High mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, thorough and comprehensive pre and post job reporting.
- Must have Basic knowledge of computer, printer, software including excel, ability to follow rig directions/GPS coordinates.
- Must have Knowledge of oil field drilling terminology and processes.
- Must have Knowledge of hydraulics, cement charts, cementation and casing accessories.
- Must have Valid drivers license.
- Must have High School Diploma required.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
Desired Qualifications
- Technical training or the equivalent preferred.
