Job Summary
Travel locally to complete jobs at multiple sites daily, addressing lottery machine service break-fix, installation, and preventative maintenance needs. Resolve equipment and communication concerns while identifying customer care requirements and recommending the best services. Work 7AM to 5:30PM on scheduled days, including rotating ten-hour days, every other Saturday, and every 4th Sunday. You will learn lottery/gaming terminals, IT communications, and software while maintaining a customer-first focus to keep clients selling tickets.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in the state of Maine
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to use hands
- Must be able to operate a computer
- Must have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision
- Must have the ability to adjust focus working with computer and business equipment
- Must be able to obtain a gaming or other license(s)
- Must be able to undergo background investigations or security checks
- Must meet certain standards dictated by law, regulation or contracts
- Must consent to SG conducting a due diligence/background investigation
