Job Summary

Drive a Class A CDL truck to service grease traps and oil-water separators at restaurants, industrial plants, and shopping centers while complying with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Complete full routes by making all assigned stops, collecting required paperwork, and using tablet technology for each service. Perform line jetting, sludge judge readings, and grease trap inspections to customer specifications, maintaining a minimum DNS rate and adhering to daily pre- and post-trip DVIR checks. Work 12-hour shifts from 7 PM Monday through Friday with availability for on-call rotation and occasional regional overnight travel. Handle non-hazardous materials and operate in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet environments. Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement.

Required Qualifications

  • Current, valid CDL Class (A) License
  • Tanker endorsement before day one (1) of employment
  • One (1) year of Class A or military driving experience
  • Must register for Clearing House
  • Medically qualified to operate a commercial vehicle
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more
  • A maximum of two (2) moving violations within the past five (5) years
  • A maximum of one (1) DOT recordable accident within the last three (3) years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Available for on-call rotation as needed
  • Occasional regional overnight travel (1 to 3 overnights)
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet weather conditions
  • Willing to work in environments with strong orders and smells
  • 24-hour operation
  • Must use the tablet technology for each service as required by management
  • Must gain an adequate understanding and be capable of delivering the grease trap value proposition
  • Must be capable of completing sludge judge readings as required by the customer
  • Must be capable of the safe and proper line jetting of a grease trap or oil-water separator
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to communicate with others for safety and efficiency requirements
  • Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

Desired Qualifications

  • Vacuum truck experience
  • Roll off and end dump experience or willing to learn
