Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex biomedical equipment at customer facilities while performing performance assurance inspections, electrical safety checks, and operation verifications. Install, calibrate, and maintain intricate systems to minimize downtime, ensuring all service documentation is complete, timely, and accurate per the Medical Equipment Management Plan. Serve as a technical advisor to clinical and administrative staff by educating customers on safe equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and regulatory expectations to build trusted relationships. Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training and proactively identify risks or environmental concerns to recommend corrective actions. Adhere to strict safety, quality, and calibration standards while protecting company assets. This role requires US permanent residency, regional travel, and a valid driver's license within a rapidly expanding, employee-owned company.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar Biomedical Technician position working across many different types of equipment
