Job Summary
Provide guidance, define team goals, and mentor a group of Service Technicians delivering Install, Repair, and Fix services across all dental market segments. Manage customer escalations and resolutions while performing field service duties to meet business needs. Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy and oversee spare parts inventory. Lead a state-based team of Field Service professionals with hands-on technical expertise, balancing operational leadership with direct customer service delivery. Required Qualifications
- Proven people leadership experience, within a technical field service environment
- Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems
- Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
- Valid/Current Driver's License
- Field: Position requires traveling to different locations within a specific geographic territory, as assigned
