Job Summary
Supervise daily field activities for an assigned group, ensuring user satisfaction and product operability while maintaining, servicing, and repairing office equipment at customer locations. Schedule diagnostics, installations, upgrades, and repairs across assigned territories, coordinate dispatch re-routes, and manage car inventory to maintain adequate part levels. Address escalated calls, advise management on problem areas, and ensure service activities are accurately documented using automated systems. Maintain tools and test equipment in service-ready condition, complete required training, and supervise staff performance to meet industry benchmarks. Requires a valid driver's license, 5 years of technical repair experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Earn $26.00-$29.74 hourly with a performance-based bonus up to $6,000 annually, plus a fleet vehicle and gas card.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in technical repair and service of copier/office equipment
- Demonstrated experience with document management, MFP, and print devices
- Experience providing on-site service and repair to customers
- Ability to handle complex issues and provide solutions where appropriate
- Some experience in a Lead capacity
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Valid state driver's license
