Field Service Supervisor

Model safe work behaviors and ensure employee compliance with safety policies while providing direction to the Field Service Team. Deliver excellent customer service as the key contact for field service requirements and work orders, then train and coach team members to meet business expectations through performance evaluations. Manage work-in-progress, contamination control, and fleet maintenance while creating quotes, reviewing invoices, and addressing financial implications of work orders. Investigate accidents, resolve operational issues with corrective actions, and assist with fixed asset management and capital expenditures. Lead employees at off-site locations to foster team growth and continuous improvement through scheduled meetings.
