Job Summary
Field Service Supervisor responsible for coordinating resources and logistics to deliver service and maintenance at customer sites, including testing and validation of equipment, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating field service engineering activities; requires on-site industrial maintenance experience, hands-on electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, fluency in Italian (and intermediate English), driving license, and willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed. Nice-to-have HV switchgear knowledge and safety/regulatory understanding for the Italian market.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical background
- Initial field experience in the industrial sector, preferably in maintenance of electrical products or industrial equipment
- Extensive on-site experience in industrial maintenance and field service operations, including hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair in industrial environments
- Fluent Italian and intermediate English
- Valid driving license and availability to work occasionally during weekends and public holidays, depending on business needs
