Job Summary
Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew. Oversee proper equipment operation, drive operational efficiencies at work sites, and ensure accurate job documentation is completed timely. New hires must attend a two-week Academy training program out of state, with expenses covered by the company as paid training. This role supports Clean Harbors' mission to provide premier environmental, energy, and industrial services globally while prioritizing health and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew
- Must be able to ensure proper operation of equipment
- Must be able to drive operational efficiencies at the work site
- Must be able to ensure accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion
- Must be able to attend our two-week Academy training out of state
- Must be able to cover expenses for the two-week Academy training out of state
