Job Summary
Plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations for the service line crew, including proper equipment operation and driving operational efficiencies at the work site. Ensure accurate job documentation is completed in a timely fashion. This role requires new hires to attend a two-week Academy training out of state, with expenses covered by the company. The position supports Clean Harbors' mission as the leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew
- Must be able to ensure proper operation of equipment
- Must be able to drive operational efficiencies at the work site
- Must be able to ensure accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion
