Job Summary
Provide technical support and on-site services to customers by performing equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. Carry out equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities while troubleshooting simple technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Accurately document all service activities, including service reports, equipment repair records, and customer communications. Train customers on safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting procedures. Foster a culture emphasizing safety, quality, and corporate social responsibility principles. Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and positive relationships. Requires valid driver's license, clean driving record, and frequent travel to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of relevant industry experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to adhere to processes, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, work effectively in various environments, and handle unexpected challenges
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, document service activities, and prepare reports
- Flexibility to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice
- May be required to stand; reach with hands and arms, stoop and kneel
- May be required to sit for long periods of time
- May be required to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to 50 pounds
