Field Service Specialist – Laboratory Automation (Türkiye)

Job Summary
Deliver on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of QIAGEN automation systems and partner instruments like Element Biosciences and Diasorin Luminex across Türkiye. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and application usage while building trust-based relationships with clinical and research customers. Manage stock inventory, test equipment, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring accurate CRM documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Act as a brand ambassador and assist Sales in lead generation using Salesforce to improve service satisfaction. This role requires extensive travel (up to 85%) within Türkiye and occasionally internationally, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in field service, technical support, or instrumentation maintenance (minimum ~3 years)
- Experience servicing laboratory or medical devices within clinical diagnostics, MDx, IVD, or related environments
- Solid IT knowledge including networking, system integration, or LIMS
- Fluent Turkish and professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~85%) within Türkiye and occasionally internationally
- Has already completed military service (male candidates)
