Job Summary
Senior Field Service Representative needed to support the entire power system lifecycle—from startup and commissioning to troubleshooting and emergency repairs. Responsibilities include executing startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical distribution and control systems; leading small projects and field teams; generating service reports and recommending improvements; mentoring junior technicians; and utilizing advanced tools such as IR cameras and remote collaboration software to solve complex issues. Requires strong knowledge of 3‐phase power systems, low-to-high voltage equipment, and a valid driver’s license with U.S. work authorization. Company provides guaranteed 40-hour base pay, a company vehicle, travel, and growth opportunities; compensation is $121,000 annually. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience in electrical distribution/control systems OR 7+ years of experience in lieu of a diploma.
- Proven background in testing, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Candidates must live within 75 miles of Glendale Heights, IL.
