Job Summary
Field Service Representative responsible for supporting customers across the power system lifecycle (startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, emergencies), independently managing small projects and leading field service teams on larger initiatives, generating accurate service reports, and advising on improvements to electrical systems/UPS. The role requires mentoring technicians, strong customer and team collaboration, and the use of digital tools for remote work (laptops, iPads, IR cameras, Google Glasses, MS Teams). Candidates should have a HS diploma or higher with relevant experience, be able to travel (including nights/weekends), and hold a valid driver's license; willingness to obtain TWIC and pursue related certifications (e.g., NICET/NETA) as part of the position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher with 1-5 years experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems (or completion of accredited trade school with 7+ years experience)
- Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within the continental US as required by projects
