Job Summary
Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems while performing diagnostic tests to identify issues. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide tailored technical support, and train them on system operation. Document service activities and coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues. Adhere to safety protocols and stay updated on industry trends to enhance service delivery. Travel 50% to customer sites, working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical and software systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines
- 50% travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds (materials/equipment)
- Effective use of computer, laptop, cell phone and other mobile device to exchange information
