Job Summary
Field Service Representative - Thermal in Mississauga, Ontario, responsible for service, installation, commissioning, scheduled and emergency service on Liebert cooling products. Build and maintain rapport with customers and colleagues, communicate with CRC and local offices, and ensure proper reporting and documentation. Requires High School Diploma or HVAC credentials, 313A journeyman or apprentice, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficient with electrical test equipment and interpreting electrical diagrams/blueprints; capable of brazing and performing site evaluations; must wear PPE, adhere to safety guidelines, and be willing to travel with valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or HVAC Trade Credentials
- 313A 4th Year Apprentice or 313A Journey Man
- 3-5 years relevant industry/commercial experience
- Proficient with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical line diagrams and blueprints
- Must wear PPE and follow safety guidelines
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Ability to perform service, installation, commissioning, and maintenance on Liebert cooling products
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under supervision or independently as trained
- Understanding of safety and reporting procedures
