Job Summary
Field Service Representative/Technician responsible for installing, starting up, and instructing customers on Stiles technology; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field; document work and communicate customer concerns; recommend improvements for reliability and performance; train customers and other Stiles personnel; maintain showroom equipment and assist with demos; travel regionally (four days per week) with overtime and mileage reimbursement; require a valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly; preferred associate’s degree or equivalent technical training; experience with woodworking machinery and CNC/PC-based controls a plus; opportunity for career growth within service and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate’s degree, or a willingness to learn
