Job Summary
Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field; document work performed and customer concerns; build trusted relationships and serve as a technical partner; assist in training customers and Stiles service reps; maintain showroom equipment and assist with demos; travel regionally (four days per week) with overtime and mileage reimbursement; join a nationwide team backed by training programs and clear paths for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate’s degree, or a willingness to learn
- Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program
- Education preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent in technical training
- Experience preferred: Maintenance or operation experience with woodworking machinery and technology
- Military technical experience
