Job Summary
Field Service Representative responsible for daily service support and maintenance of medical devices (Contrast Media injectors for MRI/CT/PET/vascular systems) in Piemonte e Nord-Ovest. Responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance, completing administrative tasks, inventory management, and promoting service contracts. Requires technical background in biomedical/electrical/computer engineering, 2+ years in electro-medical equipment support, strong customer-focused and communication skills, and willingness to travel nationwide. Location preference includes Turin/Piemonte with availability for travel; full-time permanent role with region-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous experience in Electro Medical Equipment support
- Technical High School Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work independently in assigned area
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
