Field Service Representative - Level I

Field Service Representative (Level I) who will troubleshoot and repair tower infrastructure, sensors (radars, cameras, thermal imagers, etc.), power systems (generator, solar, hybrid), and communications equipment (Land Mobile Radio, network, microwave). Performs troubleshooting, testing, equipment replacement, and configuration for towers, shelters, and related systems up to 500’ high; adheres to safety and work instructions. Requires open availability, ability to work in all weather, and document work with pictures and close-out packages; driving company vehicle and maintaining licenses as needed. Emphasis on basic mechanical/tools aptitude, reading drawings/specifications, and strong communication skills.
