Job Summary
Field Service Representative I responsible for on-site implementation of CCC activated carbon products, equipment, and services. Duties include scheduling/documenting daily on-site activities, start-up and customer training of carbon adsorption equipment, installation/removal/maintenance of carbon adsorption equipment, and troubleshooting. Requires completion of Confined Space and HAZWOPER 40-hour training within 3 months of hire, a Class A driver's license (pref), TWIC within 3 months, and 2-3 years of mechanical/troubleshooting experience. Role supports a hybrid work schedule and involves work at the Pittsburgh, PA area with potential for weekend coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Confined Space Certification (must complete training within 3 months of hire)
- Driver's License (Class A preferable)
- HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification (must complete training within 3 months of hire)
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (must obtain within 3 months of hire)
- 2-3 years of mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/repair experience
- Experience in carbon treatment industry or related field preferred
