Field Service Representative

Field Service Representative (FSR) who provides front line logistics and technical support across MCTIS training events. Delivers equipment familiarity and functionality lessons, issues equipment on-site, assists with erection and maintenance of the communications system, forms part of a Contact Team for troubleshooting, battery exchanges, and equipment resupply, documents faults, and supports serialized equipment accountability. Requires strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel for training (US/overseas as required); CDL and forklift certifications are highly desirable; professional military education appropriate to rank; ability to work with limited supervision and to operate in varied climates and demanding environments.
