Job Summary
Develop information for Safety and Technical/User Manuals while receiving training in electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, and mechanics. Work directly with C-UAS engineers to support development, testing, and demonstration of C-UAS systems, and collaborate with the Production team on assembly. Resolve product or service problems by determining causes, selecting solutions, and expediting corrections within the military field environment. Attend status meetings to communicate project information and escalate issues timely. Build sustainable relationships through open communication and identify emerging opportunities. Requires 2 years of military experience with C-UAS programs, a relevant associate degree, and 50% overseas travel. Tower Climbing Certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in an applicable field of study
- 2 yrs Military experience with a C-UAS program as either an Operator/FSR or Instructor
- Experience within the DOD programs
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently or as a team
- Confidentiality and company loyalty are a must
- Able to interface with VIP's, personnel, international executives, and others
- Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
- Good writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Background Investigation (BI)
- Must be willing to travel and work overseas. Approximately 50%
- Must have Tower Climbing Certification or able to obtain one within 60 days
- Must be able to lift 15-25 pounds
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- Instructor or Trainer certifications
- Clearance: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Background Investigation (BI) preferred; lack of an active clearance is not a disqualification.
