Job Summary
Act as liaison to builders, superintendents, and subcontractors to assure excellent completion of all orders. Schedule homeowner warranty and service work as required. Perform field measuring and assessment of installs, then finish touchups and adjustments as needed. Assist with any other duties assigned by management. This role requires 75% travel within Metro Atlanta and must include three years of cabinet industry knowledge and an installation background. Use of a company fleet vehicle, gas card, tablet, and phone is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge
- Installation background
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors
- Must be able to pass an MVR
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Metro Atlanta travel (>75%)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Smartsheet's
- Knowledge of Quick Books
- Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro)
