Job Summary
Provide on-site field service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection, installing/calibrating/maintaining chemical feed and process monitoring equipment at customer accounts, performing chemistry tests and data logging, and supporting Sales in strategic accounts to implement customer-system assurance plans. Build customer relationships, ensure safety compliance, and deliver technical support to resolve customer pain points while promoting best practices and sustainability goals. The role offers autonomy in a field-based setting, with up to 5% overnight travel and access to comprehensive benefits and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
