Job Summary
Dispatchable Field Service Representative with responsibilities including maintenance and calibration of water treatment systems, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring contract compliance, and providing technical summaries and training to customers. Skills include working independently and remotely with project teams, hands-on experience with valves, air compressors, pumps, instrumentation, P&IDs/electrical schematics, turbidity, pH, chlorine, and other site-specific tests, and the ability to travel within the region. Education preferred includes STEM-related degrees or technical certificates; must be able to travel to multiple sites and carry out on-site service and maintenance tasks. Location emphasis is on Richmond, CA with in-person work arrangements; no relocation sponsorship is indicated.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
- Valid Driver’s License
