Job Summary
Field Service Representative for Counter UAS (CUAS) systems. Responsible for analysis and testing of software applications and system hardware; validating functional and performance requirements; creating manuals and references; serving as primary customer interface; occasional UAV flight tests; travel to customer sites for demonstrations and installations; work in small teams or solo to solve complex problems; requires lab, RF, and networking proficiency and the ability to lift 80 lbs; requires US citizenship for security clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; degree in engineering or equivalent and FAA Part107 license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- US Citizenship for security clearance and background investigation
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI and SCI access
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS 50% of time or greater
- Experience with Lab Equipment including RF Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Multimeters
- Experience with Linux and Web Applications
- Experience with wired and wireless networking, including Wireshark
- Experience with RF and embedded systems
- Familiarity with site survey execution
- Familiarity with antennas and basic signal processing concepts
- Experience with various UAS flight controllers and related software (MavLink, QGroundControl, ArduPilot, Mission Planner)
- FAA Part107 license
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to lift 80lbs
