Job Summary
Field Service Representative responsible for installation, operations, and maintenance across the Counter-RCMA mission; perform hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and performance validation; travel to customer sites for preventative and corrective maintenance; collaborate with a technical team and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement; bring hardware expertise, systems engineering insight, networking knowledge, and software troubleshooting skills to ensure mission readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years related experience
- A SECRET clearance minimum to begin employment
- Ability to obtain TOP SECRET if required
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to operate RF equipment, electronic testing equipment
- Experience with radar systems (installation, operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance) preferably RPS
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Climb certification or ability to become climb certified to heights up to 200 ft.
- Understanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issues
- Ability to travel up to 75%
