Field Service Representative (3rd Shift)

Job Summary
Field Service Representative responsible for delivery, service, and pickup of Kreg Therapeutics’ rental medical equipment in Downey and Los Angeles, with a 3rd shift schedule. Will maintain equipment, disinfect, test, and assist with customer needs; drive a 26-foot box truck, load/unload equipment, and coordinate with Central Dispatch. Requires ability to travel, lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and operate within a 24/7 environment; prioritizes safe handling of complex medical devices and maintaining positive customer relations. 3rd shift hours are 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid travel expenditures.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel overnight at times for product transfers within markets
- Able to pass a criminal background check & drug testing
- Availability to operate in a 24/7 environment on a specific shift
- Previous experience in a service industry is a plus
- Proven leadership
- Strong written and verbal communications and customer service skills
- Capability to lift 50 lbs., loading /driving box trucks, moving large medical devices, working with medically complex patients at the bedside in the facility
