Field Service Representative 1-6

Field Service Representative responsible for meter service orders—disconnecting, reconnecting, setting, reading, and investigating meters on residential, commercial, and industrial premises within an assigned territory. Position based in the Hutto Service Center, TX, requiring safety-aligned execution, timely completion of tasks across a broad geographic area, proficiency with test equipment to verify voltages, and strong customer interactions. Must meet Safety rules/regulations, maintain meter integrity, and identify issues such as diversion or improper wiring. Valid Texas driver’s license is required; prior meter-reading or electric utility field service order experience is encouraged. Ability to drive long distances as needed and to work with minimal supervision while collaborating with teammates and stakeholders.
