Job Summary
Travel to customer sites in the Springfield, Champaign, Peoria, Decatur, Bloomington, and Mattoon, IL area to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hardware-related issues, perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations, configure systems for proper operation, and provide professional customer service during on-site visits. Accurately document all service activities and completed work. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to lift and work independently in the field. Full-time, Monday through Friday with 40 hours per week, $27.00 hourly plus mileage reimbursement.
