Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate field activities for distribution construction projects, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and company policies. Troubleshoot on-site issues related to construction, equipment, and personnel while providing technical guidance to crews and maintaining accurate records of progress and materials. Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to address issues, participate in planning meetings, and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols. Requires experience with Oracle, CSS, MySource, and Microsoft Office Suite, plus a strong background in construction practices and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Field Service Representative or similar role in distribution construction
- Experience with Oracle
- Experience with CSS
- Experience with MySource
- Experience with Joint Trench
- Experience with timekeeping
- Experience with payroll
- Experience with receipt and fund allocations
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Event planning
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft TEAMS
- Good experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and equipment
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
