Job Summary
Field Service Project Manager role overseeing rebar construction projects for NRF Frostproof. Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, coordinating with site crews and customers, reviewing shop and erection drawings, and solving on-site issues. Willingness to travel frequently (minimum 3 to 5 days per week) with daily visits to job sites. Requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and preparedness to produce written reports documenting site visits. Travel to projects from Frostproof area south to Miami and reside within the area. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to read blueprints/erection drawings are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, OR three (3) years of experience as a rebar detailer OR demonstrated construction project management experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of commercial construction.
- Able to read blueprints and erection drawings.
- Ability to travel to jobsites: must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders, ride lifts and traverse roof systems.
