Job Summary
Field Service Project Manager responsible for organizing, implementing, and tracking field upgrade campaigns; manage internal Service Department projects; coordinate cross-functional teams from Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, Quality and Finance; manage customer upgrades including contractor work and Bloom personnel; report project status to leadership; cross-functional collaboration across departments; travel ~25%; on-site role based in San Jose, CA; requires 5+ years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase; experience in energy and/or data-center projects is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Electrical experience, up to 480V 3-phase
- Energy industry experience with projects in a commercial/data center environment is a plus
- Experience with software/tools: Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Excellent communications skills; ability to organize and lead a diverse team
- Proven track record in managing construction projects, setting timelines and critical paths
- Must be a problem solver and a self-starter
- Willingness to travel domestically ~25%
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MS/MBA, PMP certification a plus
