Job Summary
Field Professional responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting smart home technology (e.g., security cameras, smart locks, home automation) and conducting consultative on-site sales to upgrade equipment. The role involves educating homeowners, providing hands-on installations, and promoting service upgrades while representing Vivint as a quality, safety-conscious home-automation provider. You’ll operate with a take-home company vehicle, clock in from your own driveway, and work a 4-day work week (4/10 schedule, includes Saturdays). The position emphasizes a sales-minded technician path with coaching and leadership development within a nationally recognized organization. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass post-offer background checks and licensing requirements, physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb ladders, and the capacity to work safely in customers’ homes.
